Notwithstanding the communists and anti- Hindu elements cheering Rahul’s new camouflage as Deshbhakt who is seeking to reunite the badly fragile India, his subterfuge to propel the dynasty on the front through his ‘Bharat Jodo’ Mission will be another fiasco in the series of faux pas of Rahul Gandhi to prove himself that he is not a moron, but has attained maturity.

Vivekanand Jha Ranchi: In our childhood days, we would read a parable which we found so overwhelmingly resonating with us: Shikari aayega, dana dalega, lobh mein fasna nahi( Hunter will come, he will spread the corns around, do not succumb to his tantalizing charm). Prima facie, as it became apparent, time and time again, that how, despite the instructions galore; notwithstanding the efficacy of the same, we humans, far less than the lesser wise birds, invariably and inevitably fell casualty to treacherous propaganda, setting aside the words of wisdom meant to guide us to enable us to surmount the sea of temptation dished out to us by the politicians from time to time. While Jawaharlal Nehru kept the nation fixated to his anglicised charm, duplicating his pusillanimous moves to truncate the geographical boundary of India, his daughter had conceded the defeat on the diplomatic table after comfortably defeating Pakistan in a physical confrontation in 1971. But the crux of the whole issue is this: The nation continued to elect them repeatedly while brushing aside the peace of words of wisdom: do not succumb to charm exuded apparently while underneath the same lies the treachery and deceit. Whereas Jawaharlal had to offer the bogus and preposterous secularism to hoodwink the fellow compatriots into voting for him, while his daughter charmed the voters to vote for her in the name of ‘ Garibi Hatao’ for decades, yet the perpetuation of poverty remained her subtle tools to perpetuate her influence upon the polity.
Significantly, the stranglehold of Gandhi- Nehru family upon the nation, is attributed to the hibernating national consciousness for almost over millennium. Regrettably, the independent India, paradoxically though, as it was largely perceived, notwithstanding Winston Churchill’s prophesies for an impending doom of this newly born republic, that over eight hundred years of physical and mental colonisation will finally chasten the citizens of free India into a new awakening: their hibernating national consciousness will finally come to an end, with the kick- starting of their self-rule. Lo and behold! Indians, far from exhibiting any remarkable awakening of national consciousness, continued to hibernate even when the political shenanigans were institutionalised to sequester them from their moorings of Sanatan Dharma. Significantly, the diabolical propaganda to convert the land of Hindus into nobody’s land, by perpetrating the worst form of perfidies: deracinating the race from its glorious past; trumpeting the European concept of secularism as the nation’s new raison d’etre and summum bonum; systematically falsifying the history to reflect the glory of Sanatan in poor light; treacherously promoting the preposterous equality of all religions by institutionalising ‘ Muslim Appeasement Policy’; procrastinating on Tibet, expediently paving the way for China to gobble it up; placing an albatross of Article 370 around the neck of Mother India, selling to the nation as an ostensible bridge between India and Kashmir, Nehru’s omissions and commissions had left India terribly shaken and traumatised on many grounds. Yet the gullibility of the nation found in Nehru ‘ a repository of all wisdom’, as Dr Swapan Dasgupta very aptly articulated. India, a land of thousand cuts, proved itself as fragile as ever, putting to shreds the notion of nation’s belated, yet surer, awakening dawning upon it after the colonisation of almost eight hundred years.
Ironically, as father so was the daughter: The black days of emergency imposed upon the nation was a direct humiliation of the nation’s newly attained independence. Worse still, pitchforking herself as equivalent to the nation, the iron lady sought to convert India into another Pakistan by seeking support from Indian army after her defeat at the hustings, in the wake of withdrawal of emergency when Jayaprakash Narayan’s clarion call to the fellow countrymen to defeat her, thankfully found no traction with the then army chief. Moreover, the signing of treaty in Shimla with Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, where India enigmatically lost on diplomatic table after winning a decisive war in 1971 against Pakistan, continues to confound the diplomats till date. Yet, the beholden nation to the spellbinding charm of Gandhi- Nehru family, prized in prolonging the sway of dynasty over the polity. Rajiv Gandhi’s elevation to the nation’s highest political position, is the vindication of the nation’s continued fascination with Nehru- Gandhi family.
The advent of Narendra Modi in Delhi Durbar, whereas it engendered the ascendancy of Hindu nationalism over the polity while simultaneously cutting to size the hitherto monopolistic grip of the dynasty over polity. The complete decimation of Congress, reducing it to despicably 44 seats in Lok Sabha in 2014 gave the nation a ray of hope that, the twenty first century India showcased a maturity of a democracy which no more prized upon the feudalistic pride in cheering a family as its raison d’etre, forgetting its glorious civilisational values and cultural underpinnings which had an inextricable moorings in erstwhile Bharatvarsha. The nation, albeit over decades, since independence, felt the the relief of getting disillusioned of an unconscionable burden of nurturing its infatuation with the dynasty, and evinced its renewed interest in the glory of Sanatan Dharma expressing itself in its sunlit vision of Hindu nationalism. The moribund dynasty was almost left gasping for breath, as the dawn of Hindu nationalism contributed to a new mass awakening. Moreover, the long nurtured dream of Sonia Gandhi to anoint her son as prime minister stood punctured at the altar of the meteoric rise of Narendra Modi as the mascot of Hindu nationalism being the new buzzword of the polity.
However, the ongoing ‘Bharat Joro’ mission of Rahul Gandhi, the scion of Nehru – Gandhi family is the latest camouflage of the dynasty to re-assert its presence in the polity; to capture the power through the backdoor and, that too, by masquerading itself as the patriots of highest order. No wonder, the latest shenanigans manifesting through the camouflage of ‘ Bharat Jodo’ Pad Yatra, is the last ditch attempt of the Gandhi scion to don the mantle of being the saviour of the nation from the imagined atrocities of Hindus upon Muslim. This is the ploy of the Gandhi scion who finds faults with Hindus everywhere, yet paradoxically exhibits the threads, visits temples and does whatever he can to win Hindus to his side. Ironically, this is the same Rahul Gandhi who, in his mother’s lust for an absolute control over power, had enacted a farce of power sacrifice by propelling Manmohan Singh as the front face. Recall that, how Rahul Gandhi had then equated his mother’s deceitful stratagem with Buddha like renunciation. Significantly, it is the biggest test for Hindus to stand united: The latest camouflage of Gandhi- Nehru family to seize power by fragmenting Hindus yet again, should be outright nipped in bud. Hindus should remember that old story of ‘ Shikari aayega, dana dalega, lobh se fasna nahi( The hunter has arrived, spreading corns all-around, do not get trapped). Unequivocally, Hindu community, nay, the nation, should outright reject this new camouflage of the dynasty to win back an approval for ruling the nation through this new subterfuge. The nation must point blank reject this new propaganda, for India of twenty first century cannot think of duplicating its gullibility of twentieth century.
