Baishakh 18, 2076. KATHMANDU – President Vidya Devi Bhandari has returned to Kathmandu after completing her visit of China on invitation from Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping
Vice President Nand Bahadur Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli welcomed President Bharari in Tribhuvan International Airport Wednesday.
During the visit President Bhandari has participated in Beijing in the second belt and road forum for International Cooperation. She addressed the forum.
Similarly Chinese President Xi Jinping welcomed her on the Great Hall of the People’s Capital on Monday. Two bilateral meetings were held at the Great Hall of the People on Monday, and there were various seven agreements signed in their presence.
Foreign Minister Pradip Kumar Gyvali, chief minister of State 3, Dormani Poudel, Federal Parliament members High Commissioner of Nepal Government, Nepalese Ambassador to China, Liamani Poudel, Ambassador of China for Nepal, representatives of private sector and media activists were accompanied by President Bhandari.
