April 01, 2022, Birgunj (Nepal). The Consulate General of India in Birgunj organized a live telecast of 5th
edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha-2022 inside the premises of Consulate. Pariksha Pe
Charcha is an unique initiative of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to bring together
students, parents, teachers and the society to foster an environment where the unique
individuality of each child is celebrated, encouraged and allowed to express themselves
fully.
The event featured PM’s interaction with students, teachers and parents
across India. The objective of this event was to connect with Indian students and
scholars abroad and promote India as a preferred destination for education among
students.
Around 40 students from Delhi Public School, DAV R. B. Kedia School,
Gyanda Academy & National Medical College in Birgunj along with their principals
and teachers participated in the session and enriched themselves. The event was
presided by Sh. Tarun Kumar, Consul (Projects & Education) & Head of Chancery.
Prime Minister urged everyone to put exams in the right perspective, rather than
making it a life-and-death situation punctuated by undue stress and pressure.
