Prof.S.S.Dogra, New Delhi, September 15, 2026: Kartik, a talented student of Vidya Jain Public School, Delhi, has brought laurels to his school and family by delivering an outstanding performance in a Wushu competition and winning the gold medal.
Competing in the Under-17 category in the 65-kg weight class, Kartik secured the top honour through his exceptional sporting skills, confidence and powerful performance.
Kartik’s achievement was widely appreciated by his father, Bobby Pandit, members of the school fraternity, teachers and family members, who congratulated him on his remarkable success. His victory is a reflection of his hard work, discipline, regular practice and dedication to the sport.
Congratulating Kartik on the occasion, Education Minister Ashish Sood wished him a bright and successful future. He said that such achievements inspire young sportspersons to pursue excellence and move forward with greater determination.
The school’s Sports Department also played an important role in Kartik’s success. The guidance and support extended by Game In-charge Mr. Vivek Samaniya, Mr. Tejveer Singh, Mr. Rahul, Mr. Ajay Kumar and Ms. Rita Bhardwaj were also appreciated.
