Manoj BanaitaS, iraha, 1 December : Accused arrested under different criminal Act was successful in running away from police custody on Friday. While having supper in the evening, 7 accused ran away from Patari police station Siraha though one was arrested later in the evening by the police but still 6 fugitives are missing.
Superintendent of Police said that an additional case will be registered against the arrested for escaping from police custody.
According to the official sources a case was filed under the sections of Polygamy Act and others were under drug abuse Act in which the accused were arrested and was to be produced in the court. According to the source, the arrested were Govind Nepal, Riyaj Miya, Ramashish Yadav, Rabindra Yadav, Ganesh Sah, Navin Yadav and Sanjay Yadav.
