Kathmandu,29.03.2021. As part of year-long celebrations of 75 years of India’s independence, and of Sampark- India Nepal Alumni Network, Embassy of India, Kathmandu, organized a coversation between Shri Sonam Wangchuk, an acclaimed Indian engineer, innovator and educationist whose incredible work in Ladakh has been a game changer inspiring social innovations across the region, and Shri Kanak Mani Dixit, a prominent Kathmandu-based author, publisher and editor on 28 March 2021. The conversation focussed on education, innovation and sustainability in the Himalayas, and key lessons to learn from experiences of Mr. Wangchuk in Ladakh region as India turns 75.
