Kathmandu.12 May. The prime minister’s statement has been deleted from the record of parliament for the first time in the history of Nepal with the meaning ‘unscrupulous’ conclusion. The Congress objection was with the word ‘Nimchharo’.
The speaker Krishna Bahadur Mahara concluded the word ‘Nimchharo’. spoken by Prime minister as non-parliamentary . The word is Deleted from the record. The speaker said that similar word used by lawyer of the opposition will also be deleated from the record . also said that the use of ‘unscrupulous’ terminology was asked to remove him from the record of the record, as explained by the court.
Prime Minister Oli did started to say, ‘I only answer the real question,’ without worrying about frustration, anger, and invocations, he used the word Kuntha, aakros & Nimchharo. The opposition Congress objected. In that time the Prime Minister and the Congress MP went double. The government’s policy and program was passed between the tense situatedand the slogans of the Congress.
