Addressing a press conference in his home town Multan, Qureshi said, “Government has reliable information that India is preparing a new plan.” He said that Pakistan has conveyed its concerns to members of the United Nations Security Council. However, this mourning of Quraishi has not been taken seriously in his country.

Opposition Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) accused the government of spreading the danger of war on the side of India to hide its failures. PPP leader Nafisa Shah said that the government has failed on every front. It is crying for the attack on India to remove the attention of the people.
