Onion hoarding is being done under the protection of Delhi Government – Manoj Tiwari

New Delhi, 25th September.  Delhi BJP President Shri Manoj Tiwari said that people of Delhi are in tears because of the rising price of onions due to hoarding, while the Central Government is selling onions at Rs 22 per kg at its government stores. The Delhi government is only announcing giving Rs 24 per kg of onion, in which efforts are also being made to earn Rs 2.

Shri Tiwari said that some people are trying to mislead the people of Delhi by trying to imitate the schemes of the Center, while such people have no work to do. Arvind Kejriwal is diverting the attention of the people by taking credit of the schemes which the Central Government is giving to the people. The Modi government knows that the daily need of the economically weaker section is onion that adds flavor to the kitchen of its home, and when the taste is lost from the kitchen, Modi government is giving relief to the Delhi people by selling onion at the rate of Rs. 22/kg.

Shri Tiwari said that hoarders have been encouraged in Delhi today due to the idleness of the Kejriwal government, which is not possible without the connivance. The work that the Chief Minister should have done for the people of Delhi is the work that the Central Government is doing. The party named after the common man never understood the pain of the common man because this party has only used the people of Delhi for vote bank politics and tried to mislead every day by lying a new lie. A government which is not working for the welfare of common people has no right to remain in power.
