CGI Birgunj organized the Seventh”Open House for Consular Grievances

As part of celebrations of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, the Consulate General of India in Birgunj organized the Seventh”Open House for Consular Grievances” in the premises of the Consulate on June 25, 2022. Consul General Nitesh Kumar chaired the House. The purpose of the event was to redress non-routine consular grievances of aggrieved Indian nationals living in Nepal.
Indians working in Britannia Nepal Industries Limited and Hulas Steels Private Limited got their grievances concerned with registration and renewal of registration with Consulate redressed. The next Open Consular House will be held on last Saturday of next month on 30 July. The Consulate appeals to the Indian citizens living in the districts of Parsa, Bara, Rautahat, Sarlahi, Mahottari, Dhanusha, Mawanpur and Chitwan to get themselves registered with the Consulate at the earliest. They can also approach us for availing any other Consular Service and redressal of grievances.
