Kenn Robinson once said,&#8221;Human resources are like natural resources; they are often buried deep, you have to go looking for them as they are not just lying around on the surface, you&#8217;ve to create the circumstances where they show themselves.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By the term human mean the size of population of a country along with its efficiency, educational qualities, productivity, organizational abilities and farsightedness. In simple words, human resources mean human capital.It basically includes critical component of employee well being in any business, no matter how small. Its responsibilities include payroll, benefits, hiring, firing and keeping up-to-date with state and federal tax laws.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Let me simplify it, employee selection, compensation, benefits leadership, motivation, surveys, evaluation and all things to do with people at work. Everything to do with people at work is within the province of HR.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Now moving towards its types, its types are listed below:-<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Compensation and benefits managers<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Training and development specialists<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Employment, recruitment, and placement specialists<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>HR information systems<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Emplyee assistance plan managers, etc.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Human resources must be considered both from the angle of assets as well liabilities connected with the attainment of economic development.
