Manoj Banaita, Siraha, Jan 27 : A grade 6 student suffered broken hand in a beating by his teacher in Swastik Pathshala, Mirchaiya, Siraha.<\/p>\n

Hritik Yadav, resident of Siraha municipality – 2 has been beaten rudely by his Nepali subject teacher, Tara Karki. Witnesses told that his Karki sir got angry when he didn’t show the homework.<\/p>\n

Victim’s uncle, Dev kumar yadav said that corporal punishment was not allowed. He said the teacher got even angrier and beat him with a stick. Mr. Yadav told that his nephew is terrorised and remained fearful all day after the incident. Hritik said that he had begged the teacher for mercy but his plea was ignored.<\/p>\n

According to the victimized student’s uncle, the school administration and district authorities should taken disciplinary action against the teacher. \u201cOur children go to schools to learn.
