This latest training for Nepali<br \/>\nofficers reaffirms India\u2019s continuing commitment for capacity building of Nepali<br \/>\nofficers. The Second batch of 21 CIAA officers of Nepal is scheduled to undergo<br \/>\nthe training from January 11 to 16, 2020.<br \/>\nThis is a tailor-made course specially designed at the request of<br \/>\nGovernment of Nepal for a total of 42 CIAA officers. This course will strengthen<br \/>\nthe institutional capacity of CIAA to curb corrupt practices and enhance good<br \/>\ngovernance in Nepal. The course mainly focuses on identifying factors for<br \/>\ncorruption, its impact on the economy and methodology for its detection and<br \/>\nprevention. The Course would enhance skills of CIAA Officers for IT-based<br \/>\ninvestigations, sharpen their analytical capabilities and help them learn new<br \/>\nmethodologies which would empower them to detect, prevent and prosecute<br \/>\ncorrupt and fraudulent individuals.<br \/>\nThe officers are being trained in the prestigious Gujarat Forensic Sciences<br \/>\nUniversity, Gandhinagar, Gujarat which trains forensic experts in the area of<br \/>\nForensic Science, Crime Investigation, Security, Behavioral Science and<br \/>\nCriminology.
